Maharajshri had given a series of discourses on The Gita some time ago, the gist of which was serialised in a local Hindi newspaper. The manuscript was intended to be published in Hindi as well as in English. The present publication is the English version which has been prepared by Dr Daman Prakash, a devotee of Sudhanshuji Maharaj. It carries the English version of all the 700 original shalokas of The Gita, an exhaustive background note on the elements of Gita e.g., Pandavas and the Kauravas, Lord Krishna, the Mahabharta, context of the Gita, relevance of Gita and the views of Maharajshri on Gita. It also carries a life sketch of Maharajshri and an Informatory note on the organisation and activities of the Vishwa Jagriti Mission.
